Bonus Ball History
The Lottery Bonus Ball was started by Peter
McKenzie in 1997 and has been run since 2002 by Vera Farnworth. It
produces £500 per year into the Club funds, giving a grand profit of
around £6500.
Run over the 22 weeks of a season at a cost of £1.00 for those
involved of which half goes into Club funds and half is paid out to
Club members.
2009 Bonus Ball Winners Were;
Eric Green, Andrew Farnworth, David Wood, Joan Goodison (twice),
Kath Seredyn, Richard Borrows (three times), James Mitchell,
Jeanette Brambles, Dawn Farnworth, Lorraine Lawton (twice), Richard
Galligan, Ginny Rhodes, Christine Sullivan, Harry Williams, Bobby
Denning, Pauline Leeper, David Ellacott and last but not least
Geoffrey Clarkson. Each winner received £25.00.
