Weekend Fixtures;
1sts v BAC/EE Preston (home)
2nds v Fulwood (away)
3rds v Thornton (away)
Sunday Team v Great Eccleston (home)
The First Team take on BAC/EE Preston in their
first home game of the season on the back of a close defeat to
Vernon Carus. BAC were promoted back to the Premier Division last
season but also lost their first game of the season to Garstang. The
Fylde side is unchanged from last week.
The Second Team travel along the M55 to play
Fulwood & Broughton's second eleven. The second team will be
confident on the back of last week's victory against Vernons but
will need to be at their best to overcome an experienced Fulwood
side who lost out to Great Eccleston last week. Captain Garry
Hebblethwaite returns along with Chris Brambles with Andy Sykes and
Sam Mcmillan dropping down.
The Third Team take on Thornton at Millfield
School. Both sides lost their opening fixtures and will be keen to
pick up maximum points to get their season's going. The side will be
much changed with the full lineup yet to be confirmed.
The Sunday Team play their first game of the
season against Great Eccleston, having been unable to fulfil their
fixture last week at Longridge. The side will contain several junior
players mixed with the likes of more experienced players Ellison,
Mcmillan and Galligan.
