Event Types:
Our venue is perfect for adult birthday parties, christenings, baby showers, celebrations, etc. Please note that we do not take bookings for children's birthday parties, weddings, award presentations or wakes (unless agreed previously). The latest finish time for all events is 11pm.

Our Facilities:
Our main lounge and bar area is a modern, bright venue for our guests. We have a variety of furniture which you may rearrange as you like for your event, and we recommend the venue is suitable for parties of up to 40 people. The bar has a wide range of drinks available, please do not bring your own! We have a Bluetooth sound system which can also be linked to your own device/playlists if needed.

Outside we have a large outdoor covered patio area and plenty of outdoor grass space to enjoy between April and September (weather permitting).

There is a fully-equipped kitchen area and serving hatch should you require it for food preparation. We have male and female toilets, baby changing facilities, and a disabled toilet.

Parking:
We have parking facilities on-site for up to 30 vehicles.

Outside Contractors
Any third party contractors (Discos/Entertainers/Bands etc) must liaise with the club prior to the event and indemnify the club in respect of any damage to persons, equipment or premises. Proof of Public Liability Insurance is required.

Hire Cost:
The cost to hire the room for up to 4 hours is £120. Once we receive your booking request, we will email you an invoice to pay. Your booking is only secured once this has been paid. Our refund policy is as follows:

* 100% refund if cancelled 4 weeks or more before the event.
* 50% refund if cancelled 1 week or more before the event.
* No refund if cancelled within 1 week of the event.
